Services provided: Develop the transmission expansion plan based on economic technical assessment so as to ensure the demand is supplied in a safe and efficient manner and with an excellent quality level. Carry out the demand forecast on a national basis and by substation as well as power system studies considering different technologies and operating procedures, integration of new renewable energy based on the natural resources of the country (solar and wind), cost of non supplied energy and optimization of the expansion plan. After defining the new infrastructure, a legal and regulatory analysis required to implement the resulting plan was conducted. Develop a set of tools to ensure the correct execution of the work schedule and overcome any technical, economic and legal barriers.
